Operating in Singapore since 2016

Singapore market entry and regulatory readiness for financial technology companies.

Singa-Pol works with founders and boards who want to set up in Singapore properly: licensed where licensing is needed, banked, and ready for the questions regulators and institutions will ask.

What we do

Singapore rewards companies that arrive prepared. We help you get there before the first regulator meeting and the first bank application.

Regulatory readiness review

A fixed-scope review of your business model, licensing position, governance and controls against what the Monetary Authority of Singapore expects. Three to four weeks, a written report and a prioritised action list. You know where you stand before you commit.

Licensing support and regulator engagement

Help choosing the right licence or exemption, preparing the application, and handling regulator questions as they come. We stay with you through the process rather than handing over a template.

Bank onboarding readiness

Singapore banks ask hard questions of foreign fintech groups. We prepare the ownership, source-of-funds, compliance and operating documentation that account opening depends on, and we introduce you to the right people once it is ready.

Board and advisory roles

For foreign groups that need a resident director, an independent board member or a standing adviser in Singapore, Michal takes on board and advisory roles with the regulatory experience those seats require.

Introductions

Banks, corporate secretaries, legal counsel, auditors and the service providers a new Singapore entity needs. Introductions come from ten years of working here, not a directory.

Track record

Since 2016 Singa-Pol has brought Polish and Central European companies into Singapore, from first incorporation through to licensed, banked operations.

The platform

One risk assessment, reused by every institution

SAMR is Singa-Pol's sister company. It takes a fintech through the MAS third-party risk assessment once, so that every bank, insurer or institution that onboards the company can reuse the result instead of starting from scratch. If you expect to work with more than one Singapore institution, SAMR saves months.

Visit SAMR
OnceA single MAS third-party risk assessment, done properly
ReusedEvery institution that onboards you starts from the finished result
FasterMonths saved on each additional banking or partner relationship
